What One Person Can’t Accomplish Alone Becomes Possible When Efforts of Many Unite

The Ukrainian charity foundation “Mriya” @mriya.foundation assists the families of fallen and captured defenders. These families need psychological support the most, as the loss of loved ones and the stress of experiences are challenging stages for the mind to overcome.

Last year, volunteers initiated the rehabilitation and recreation program for children called “Summer Without War,” a week of peace and balance on the shores of Bulgaria or in the tranquility of the Ukrainian Carpathians to regain vitality. We received many grateful responses and realised this is a highly demanded direction of work.

The executive director of “Mriya,” Tetiana Komlyk, personally communicates with many families who have become participants in the program. She emphasises the importance of giving children emotions associated not with the traumatic experience of war, but with faith in the future.
