Billboards with the counterintelligence emblem appeared near the diplomatic missions of Russia in Kyiv, Odesa, and Lviv, and a patriotic mural was placed in Kharkiv, which was placed especially on June 12.
Thus, the counterintelligence of the Security Service of Ukraine “congratulated” the Russian Federation on its national holiday, Russia Day.
Note that the rider depicted on the mural is a “Kozak-winner”. In Kyiv, on Volodymyrska Street, in front of the entrance to the SBU building, there is a memorial sign in the form of a large stone on which a Kozak on a horse kills a two-headed snake with a spear. The monument symbolizes victory over the allegorical image of evil trying to creep into Ukraine. The sculpture is dedicated to all employees of the Security Service of Ukraine who fought or died in eastern Ukraine.
As journalist Andriy Tsaplienko told his channel in the Telegram, Russia was sent a transparent hint, because “Russian diplomatic missions are a legal “roof” for the FSB and GRU agencies“.
It will be recalled that Russia Day is celebrated on June 12 in the Russian Federation. It has been celebrated since 1992 in honor of the adoption in 1990 of the Declaration of State Sovereignty of the RSFSR.
