Not having the opportunity to defeat the Ukrainian army on the battlefield, the occupation forces continue to stick to the tactics of destroying the energy infrastructure of Ukraine, aimed exclusively at terrorising the civilian population.
According to the Ukrenergo power company, today, 27 October, ruscists struck the main power grid in the central regions.
Due to the damage to the power system, the use of electricity will be limited in Kyiv city and region, and in the Chernihiv, Cherkasy, and Zhytomyr regions. This is necessary to reduce the load on the networks and to prevent repeat accidents after the infrastructure was damaged by Russian shelling.
