Two years ago, Ukraine woke up to the sounds of explosions. The world shuddered at the terrible news: Russia attacked Ukraine, the war that had lasted for eight years now came to every city, and missile attacks were in almost every region of Ukraine.
Life stopped. From that day on, the only thing Ukrainians think about is survival, to save their families and their land.
Despite fear, Ukrainians showed the world their strength and unity. Thousands of volunteers joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, while thousands of others found their calling in assisting civilians and soldiers. We didn’t surrender Kyiv to the enemy; we fought for Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Sumy, Kherson… We continue to fight for every Ukrainian city that is now occupied by Russians, and we won’t stop until we return every inch of our homeland!
The world rallied under the Ukrainian flag. European leaders took decisive actions to stop the common enemy. But time passes, aid diminishes, and enthusiasm wanes, yet the war persists. Just like on the first day two years ago, Ukrainians defend their Motherland along with the entire European continent with their blood. Our soldiers need weapons to bring peace to our land; Ukrainians need support now more than ever!
We are infinitely grateful to every Ukrainian soldier for their bravery. They march into battle without hesitation, ready to sacrifice their lives for our freedom. Incredible thanks and eternal glory to all the heroes of Ukraine! We remember each one of them!
We also extend heartfelt thanks to all the volunteers, both in Ukraine and abroad, for providing support to our military. Thanks to everyone who donates, giving their all to support the army and bring victory closer.
And, of course, immense gratitude to our world partners, opinion leaders, and international organisations for their financial, humanitarian, military, and informational support to Ukraine. Only together can we win!
To demand decisive action from the world, we invite everyone to join the Big MARCH in Brussels on 25 February at 11:00 a.m., near the Rogier metro station. We must not forget – we must win!
Glory to Ukraine!
Glory to Heroes!
And together to victory!
