Twenty-Five Combat Engagements Occurred in Past Day

According to General Staff data, the enemy launched 29 airstrikes and 43 MLRS attacks on the positions of our troops and populated settlements over the past day. As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, civilians were killed and injured. Residential buildings, an educational institution, and other civilian infrastructure objects were destroyed. The probability of launching missile and air strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.

Twenty-five combat engagements took place over the past day.

In the direction of Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna, the enemy launched airstrikes in the areas southwest of Iskryskivshchyna and Zhuravka in Sumy region. The enemy fired mortars and artillery at more than 30 settlements, in particular, Karpovychi, Bohdanove in the Chernihiv region; Tovstodubove, Volfyne, Pokrovka, Novooleksandrivka in the Sumy region; and Varvarivka, Budarky, Zemlianka, Komisarove in the Kharkiv region.

Toward Kupyansk, the enemy launched an airstrike west of Mykolayivka. The invaders carried out unsuccessful offensive operations near Synkivka in the Kharkiv region. The settlements of Topoli, Masiutivka, Kupyansk, Kyslivka, and Berestove in the Kharkiv region were hit with enemy artillery and mortars.

In the Lyman area, the enemy launched airstrikes in the areas of Shyikivka, Terny, Pyskunivka, and Vesele in the Donetsk region. About 15 settlements, in particular, Nevske, Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region; and Torske, Verkhniokamyanske, and Spirne in the Donetsk region were hit with enemy artillery.

In the direction of Bakhmut, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive operations in the area of Kurdiumivka in the Donetsk region. Airstrikes were launched in the areas of Vesele, Klishchiyivka, and Kurdiumivka in the Donetsk region. More than 20 settlements, including Predtechyne, Dyliyivka, Kurdiumivka, Ozarianivka, and Druzhba in the Donetsk region, came under enemy artillery fire.

In Avdiyivka’s direction, Keramik, Stepove, Orlivka, Avdiyivka, Nevelske, and Karlivka in the Donetsk region were hit with artillery.

The defence forces continue to hold back the advance of Russian troops near Maryinka in the Donetsk region. The enemy launched airstrikes near Krasnohorivka and Novomykhaylivka in the Donetsk region. The settlements of Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Pobieda, Oleksandropil, Paraskoviyivka, and Yelyzavetivka in the Donetsk region came under artillery fire.

In the direction of Shakhtarske, the enemy launched airstrikes in the areas of Vuhledar and Staromayorske in the Donetsk region. Vodiane, Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Zolota Nyva, Blahodatne, and Urozhayne in the Donetsk region came under artillery fire.

The enemy launched airstrikes in the areas of Charivne, Robotyne, and Pavlivka in the Zaporizhzhia region. More than 30 settlements, including Novodarivka, Chervona Krynytsia, Mala Tokmachka, Mali Shcherbaky, Stepove, and Pyatykhatky in the Zaporizhia region, came under enemy artillery fire.

Enemy airstrikes were also launched near Olhivka and Sadove in the Kherson region. More than 20 settlements, including Zolota Balka, Kozatske, Tokarivka, Poniativka, Kherson, Veletenske, and Kizomys in the Kherson region, were struck with artillery.

At the same time, the Defence Forces of Ukraine continue to conduct an offensive operation in the areas of Melitopol and Berdiansk, gain a foothold on reached boundaries, and carry out a counter-battery fight.

Over the past 24 hours, the aviation of the defence forces launched nine strikes on enemy personnel concentration areas.

Missile and artillery units hit an enemy command post and three artillery systems on the enemy’s firing positions.
