The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba will pay an official visit to Germany on June 2 for talks on Donbas.
This was reported by the publication “European Pravda”, citing its own sources.
It is noted that the main topic of the visit is the settlement of the situation in Donbas, the change of the Ukrainian delegation in the Tripartite Contact Group, and the intensification of its work.
Meetings with German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas and Chancellor’s adviser Jan Hecker are previously planned.
The Ukrainian delegation will also include Andriy Yermak, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. Last week, he said consultations were underway to improve the efficiency of the Normandy format.
We will remind, on May 13 mass media reported that the Deputy Head of Administration of the President of Russia Dmytro Kozak, who is the curator of the Ukrainian question in the Kremlin, visited Berlin for discussion of a situation in the east of Ukraine.
Kuleba later said that Ukraine knew about the visit and would know about the consultations, as “there are no games behind the back of Kyiv”.
