DESince the beginning of the year, more than 300 proceedings have been opened for encroaching on the territorial integrity of our state and attempts to seize power. More than 260 criminals have been convicted.
Dozens of secret-service networks of the Russian special services were exposed. On the instructions of their “curators,” they carried out intelligence, information, and subversive activities against the state security of Ukraine.
According to SSU counterintelligence, 38 people were convicted of treason and espionage.
For example, during a large-scale special operation, the SSU neutralised the secret-service network of the FSS of the Russian Federation. The attackers operated in Kyiv, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Zhytomyr, and Chernihiv regions.
Enemy agents were preparing to commit sabotage. Among the objects of encroachment are fighter jets at one of the airfields of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Among things seized from the attackers are almost 3 kilos of TNT with electric detonators and rocket anti-tank grenades.
In turn, a spy of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was detained in the Luhansk region. The foreigner arrived in the region to gather intelligence details on Joint Forces operations.
The attacker was interested in information about their locations, as well as about the latest models of Ukrainian weapons and military equipment.
In addition, during this period, attempts to commit a series of terrorist attacks and sabotage in the border region of Ukraine and the area of environmental protection were neutralised.
In the Transcarpathia region, the SSU prevented the burning of the General Consulate of the neighbouring country and the murder of a local public figure. A native of the Luhansk region, who was recruited by representatives of the special services of the Russian Federation, was involved in the organisation of crimes.
The attackers tried to commit terrorist acts to destabilise the socio-political situation in the region and discredit Ukraine in the international arena.
In the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, the SSU neutralised saboteurs near the demarcation line. During the testing of operational information, two powerful battle caches of enemy sabotage groups were discovered.
Almost 40 kilos of TNT, an arsenal of anti-tank and anti-personnel mines, as well as ammunition for large-caliber machine guns and anti-aircraft guns, were seized from the caches.
In total, more than 30 Internet agents of the Russian special services have been prosecuted. The attackers spread calls on the Internet to change the borders of the state border and seize power in Ukraine.
More than 1,000 online communities and accounts that were “armed” by enemy agents were neutralised.
According to the SSU, 83 foreigners involved in anti-Ukrainian propaganda are banned from entering our country.
According to the revealed facts of the hybrid aggression of the Russian Federation, comprehensive measures are underway to bring to justice all persons involved in crimes against the state security of Ukraine.
