As a result of the investigative actions of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), identities were established and notices of charges were served to 31 more enemy henchmen who joined the “Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in (the) Kherson region” created by the aggressor in the temporarily captured part of the region.
There, they were assigned to the Nova Kakhovka and Oleshky units of the occupation police of the Russian Federation.
The selection of “personnel” was carried out under the “supervision” of personnel officers of the FSB.
While in “positions,” the collaborators took part in punitive measures that the Russians carried out against members of the resistance movement in the region.
The perpetrators accompanied their criminal actions with mass abductions of people and looting of their private property.
The facts of the imprisonment of local residents in Russian torture chambers, set up in temporarily seized buildings, were recorded.
The people were subjected to brutal torture in the cells, being persuaded to cooperate.
The exposed collaborators also used repression to intimidate civilians and ensure their “turnout” at the fake referendum on the region’s “accession” to the Russian Federation.
