In particular, a new large field camp of the Russian army was discovered in the Voronezh region 170 km of the border with Ukraine.
Experts say that Russia is currently carrying out the largest troop movements since the battles for Debaltseve in the winter of 2015.
According to other reports, the Russian Federation also is redeploying landing and artillery boats of the Caspian Flotilla to the Black Sea. As the Russian military explains, everything happens “as part of the control test for the winter training period.”
