Russia uses criminal mobilisation not only to prolong the suffering of people in Ukraine and further destabilise the world but also to physically destroy male representatives of indigenous peoples who live in the territories controlled by Russia.
“We see that people, in particular, in Dagestan, have begun to fight for their lives. We see that they understand: this is a matter of life. Fight so that your children – everyone who can be called up under this Russian criminal mobilisation – are not sent to their death. Because if you come to take the lives of our children, we will not let you go alive,” Volodymyr Zelensky said.
He urged not to abide by the criminal mobilisation, to flee, or to surrender to Ukrainian troops at the first opportunity.
“The more citizens of Russia at least try to protect their own lives, the sooner this criminal war will end for Russia,” the President of Ukraine said.
Ukraine’s military intelligence notes that the Russian military has the opportunity to lay down their weapons and save their health and lives. Russians are guaranteed treatment in accordance with the norms of the Geneva Conventions. Instead, Ukraine needs to replenish the exchange fund to return its defenders home.
