Our Defenders Repelled More Than 170 Enemy Attacks in Past Day

According to the General Staff data, the enemy focuses its main efforts on the offensive operations in Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Shakhtarsk directions. Over the past day, our defenders repelled more than 170 enemy attacks in these areas.

In total, Russian invaders launched 14 missile strikes on civilian objects in Kharkiv, Poltava, and Donetsk regions. Civilians were injured, apartment blocks and private houses were damaged. The invaders also launched 21 airstrikes, including with two Shahed-136 UAVs. The combat drones were shot down. The enemy also launched 58 MLRS attacks.

In Kupyansk and Lyman directions, the ruscists went on the offensive near Kreminna and Bilohorivka in Luhansk region, Spirne in Donetsk region. They had no success. The enemy fired artillery at Masiutivka, Lyman Pershyi, Kupyansk, Kyslivka in Kharkiv region; Kuzemivka, Makiivka, Kreminna, Bilohorivka, Dibrova in Luhansk region; Zvanivka in Donetsk region.

“In Bakhmut direction, the enemy continues to advance, assaults the town of Bakhmut. Our defenders repelled attacks in the areas of Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Dubovo-Vasylivka, Bakhmut, and Ivanivske settlements. Bondarne, Zaliznianske, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Dubovo-Vasylivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Klishchiyivka, Chasiv Yar, and New York in Donetsk region came under enemy fire,” the General Staff reported.

In Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions, the ruscists performed unsuccessful offensive actions near Kamyanka, Severene, Vodiane, Nevelske, and Marinka. The areas of Avdiivka, Lastochkyne, Berdychi, Vodiane, Krasnohorivka, Marinka, Heorhiyivka, Bohoyavlenka, Velyka Novosilka, and Neskuchne in Donetsk region were struck.

“In Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the enemy defends itself, tries to create conditions for the offensive in some areas. The invaders fired artillery at more than 45 areas of settlements, including Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriivka in Zaporizhzhia region; Dobra Nadiya, Nikopol, Zmiivka, Kozatske, Novosilka, Inzhenerne, Bilozerka, Dniprovske, Kherson,” the military said.

Ukraine’s Air Force launched 16 strikes on enemy personnel and military equipment clusters in the past 24 hours. Moreover, our defenders shot down an enemy Orlan-10 UAV. The missile and artillery units struck an enemy buildup area, two ammunition depots, and three other important enemy objects.
