The largest number of ceasefire violations was recorded in the Donetsk region, the OSCE report reads.
In particular, in the Donetsk region, militants committed 1,090 ceasefire violations, including one airburst explosion.
The organisation specifies that it is prohibited to conduct training in this area under the decision of the Trilateral Contact Group.
“Almost all ceasefire violations occurred in an area southwest of Zernove and were assessed as a live-fire exercise inside the security zone, in violation of the decision of the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) of 3 March 2016 that prohibits the conduct of live-fire training in the security zone,” reads the report.
In the Luhansk region, the SMM recorded 476 ceasefire violations, including 47 explosions (one airburst and 46 undetermined).
As a reminder, Ukrainian representatives in the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) on the situation in Donbas informed about gross violations by the armed formations of the Russian Federation and Russian-backed militants.
In particular, the facts of the militants’ disregard for the requirements for the deployment of weapons and military equipment were recorded. Agreements on withdrawal lines and designated storage sites in the security zone are being violated.
