Occupiers to Ban People from Entering and Leaving Crimea to Secure Spring Conscription Campaign

From 30 April, all sections of the population will be banned from entering and leaving Crimea to stop the mass exodus and secure the spring conscription campaign, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.

Over the past day, the Russian occupiers intensified military operations along the entire contact line in the direction of Donetsk and Tavriysky.

The occupiers carried out an assault in the area of ​​Zarichne and tried to advance in the area of ​​Rubizhne with the strength of up to a battalion. Defensive battles with the enemy continue in the direction of Novtoshkivske and Popasna.

In addition, the enemy continues to try to storm the area of ​​Marinka with artillery support.

In the direction of Slobozhansky, up to seven battalion tactical groups of the occupiers continue to partially block Kharkiv, shelling critical infrastructure and Ukrainian troops.

In the direction of Izium, the enemy amassed up to 25 tactical battalion groups from the 1st guards tank army, the 20th and 35th combined arms armies and the 68th army corps of the eastern military district, and airborne troops of the Russian armed forces.

The enemy tries to advance in the direction of Zavody. The invaders reached the northern outskirts of Dubrovny, trying to gain a foothold on the frontier.

The enemy also strengthens the group of troops in the direction of Zaporizhzhia. The occupying forces continue to take measures to ensure logistical support.

In the Southern Buh direction, the enemy continues to fire on units of Ukraine’s Defence Forces. The invaders tried to conduct combat reconnaissance in the area of ​​Trudoliubivka but suffered losses and retreated to previously occupied positions.

In the Volyn and Polissia areas, the enemy did not take active action; no signs of the formation of offensive groups were detected.

In Donbas, the Ukrainian military repulsed 10 attacks by the Russian occupiers over the past day, destroying six tanks, eight units of armored personnel vehicles, 15 vehicles, and four artillery systems.

The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, together with anti-aircraft gunners of the Land Forces and Air Assault Forces, Marines, and the National Guard, destroyed 15 air targets over the past day: 9 UAVs, three planes, and three helicopters.

As for the losses, according to the General Staff, about 220 wounded Russian servicemen and more than 50 bodies were taken to the Novoaydar district hospital.

In addition, the battalion tactical group of the 136th separate motorised infantry brigade of the 58th combined arms army of the southern military district, operating in the Kurakhiv direction, suffered significant losses – up to 250 people.

Also, according to available information, the personnel of the 150th motorised rifle division of the 8th combined arms army of the southern military district, involved in hostilities in the territory of Ukraine, did not receive so-called “combat pay” for March, which caused resentment and indignantion among the servicemen.
