Ruscist troops hit Kryvyi Rih with Kinzhal and Iskander missiles, damaging a hydraulic facility and transport infrastructure. The Russian Federation tried to create an emergency situation in the region.
“Another cynical crime. This time without preludes in the form of myths about high-precision strikes on military objects. All the occupiers can do is to sow panic, create an emergency situation, try to leave people without light, heat, water, and food,” President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
The Russian army missile strikes on the hydraulic structure in Kryvyi Rih made the water level in the Inhulets River rise, so Oleksandr Vilkul, the head of the city’s military administration, called on residents of some streets to evacuate.
“We are following the situation closely, the accident consequences are being eliminated, all services are involved, everyone is on the ground. But the Inlulets River water level has risen. To avoid unnecessary risks, I ask residents of some streets to evacuate,” Vilkul wrote.
In turn, the Operational Command “South” assures: there are no casualties in the city; the situation is under the control of rescuers and emergency services; and the elimination of the consequences is underway.
