The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission spotted tanks, howitzers, and mortars in occupied Donbas. This is stated in the Mission’s daily report dated 13 July.
In particular, OSCE SMM recorded three towed howitzers (D-30 Lyagushka, 122mm) in violation of withdrawal lines in the uncontrolled territory near Vilkhivka.
Beyond withdrawal lines, but outside designated storage areas, the SMM spotted another 57 weapons on two training areas in the uncontrolled areas of the Donetsk region. Thirty tanks of undetermined type were spotted in the village of Ternove.
In the Pokrovka area, Mission’s UAVS spotted six 122mm Lyagushka and Gvozdika howitzers. In addition, the militants deployed here three anti-tank guns (MT-12 Rapira, 100mm), 15 tanks (four T-64 and 11 T-72) and three towed mortars.
In total, the OSCE SMM recorded 43,026 ceasefire violations from 22 June 2020 until the end of the reporting period.
