The President of Ukraine’s representative office in Crimea reported a targeted cyberattack by a hacker group controlled by the FSB of the Russian Federation. The representative office’s press service informs.
“Within the inter-agency cooperation and coordination of President of Ukraine in Crimea and the SBU Head Department in Crimea targeted cyberattacks of the representative office, which was organised by a hacker group, controlled by the FSB, were neutralised and eliminated. The cyberattacks targeted the data on the representative office’s activities.”
“The representative office and the Security Service of Ukraine Head Department in Crimea continue the inter-agency cooperation and coordination. Its goal is not only to defend the daily work of state institutions on the Crimea issues but also to protect the rights and interests of our citizens, the occupation victims,” the statement says.
