Enemy Launches 57 Airstrikes, 60 Attacks on Positions of Ukrainian Troops and Populated Settlements

According to the General Staff data, over the past day, the Russian occupiers launched a missile and air strike using 12 cruise and anti-aircraft guided missiles and eight Shahed combat UAVs targeting civilian infrastructure objects. The air defence forces and means destroyed three cruise missiles and eight combat UAVs.

In addition, the enemy launched 57 airstrikes and about 60 MLRS attacks on the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated settlements. Unfortunately, civilian infrastructure was destroyed and civilian casualties were reported.

The probability of launching missile and air strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.

The enemy is focusing its main efforts in the direction of Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiyivka, and Maryinka. Heavy battles are ongoing. Over the past day, 39 combat engagements took place.

In the areas of Volyn and Polissia, the operational situation has not changed significantly.

The occupiers maintain a military presence in the areas of Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna. An airstrike was launched in the area of Pletenivka in the Kharkiv region. More than 30 settlements were struck with mortars and artillery.

In the direction of Kupyansk, Masiutivka, Kyslivka, and Berestove in the Kharkiv region came under enemy artillery and mortar fire.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy launched airstrikes in the areas of Bilohorivka and Novoliubivka in the Luhansk region; Dibrova and Siversk in the Donetsk region. Nevske, Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region, Verkhniokamyanske, and Torske in the Donetsk region came under artillery fire.

Near Bakhmut, the Russians conducted unsuccessful offensive operations near Minkivka and Bohdanivka in the Donetsk region. More than 10 settlements, including Vasiukivka, Chasiv Yar, and Ivanivske in the Donetsk region, came under enemy artillery fire.

In the direction of Avdiyivka, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive operations and launched an airstrike in the area of Avdiyivka. Avdiyivka, Pervomaiske, and Berdychi in the Donetsk region came under fire.

In Maryinka, our defenders repelled all enemy attacks in the area of the city. At the same time, the occupiers launched airstrikes in the areas of Kotliarivka, Maryinka, and Kurakhove. They shelled more than 10 settlements with artillery, including Maryinka, Pobieda, and Novomykhailivka, in the Donetsk region.

In Zaporizhzhia and Kherson areas, the Russians are focusing their main efforts on preventing the advance of our troops. Airstrikes were launched in the areas of Zmiyivka, Kherson, and Antonivka. Artillery was fired on more than 40 settlements, including Novodarivka, Olhivske, Huliaypole, and Bilohirya in the Zaporizhzhia region; Kozatske, Antonivka, and Dniprovske in the Kherson region and the city of Kherson.

Over the past day, the aviation of the defence forces launched 12 strikes on enemy personnel concentration areas, while missile and artillery units hit an enemy command post, a personnel concentration area, 27 artillery systems on firing positions, and two air defence systems.
