Marta Barandiy Visits Kyiv Point of Resilience Near the Railway Station

During her stay in Kyiv, Promote Ukraine founder Marta Barandiy visited our point of resilience near the railway station. The founder noted, “Around 50 people come here daily to get some warmth, charge batteries, drink some tea; when it was really cold, more than 100 people were helped here. We are glad to have been useful. The total amount of this project has been 22,000 Euros.

I am once again, grateful to the employees of the European Parliament who donated 4,000 Euro to us during their internal football match around as well as to the mayor of Brussels Philippe Close who supported our Christmas charity market where we collected the rest of the needed funds for this chalet (generators, Starling, etc.).”
