The Ukrainian choir in Brussels is quite young — it was formed in the spring of 2022. All its members are forced migrants who moved to Belgium after the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion. Later, the singing group became a real choir, rehearsing in the Ukrainian Cultural Center (better known today as Prostir) founded by Promote Ukraine.
The story by Ranok Vdoma program tells how the idea to create a choir came about and what mission it fulfills, besides the cultural one.
