‘BAN RUSSIAN LNG NOW!’

Dear friends, on October 30, we invite you to join the demonstration ‘BAN RUSSIAN LNG NOW!’ where we will call on the Belgian government to stop the re-export of Russian liquefied gas.

The re-export of Russian liquefied gas by Belgium has increased almost threefold for the period of 2022-2023. By the end of 2023, Russia will receive about 730 million euros from the sale of gas that passed through the Belgian port of Zeebrugge. All this helps the enemy finance the war against Ukraine.

The demonstration was co-organised by Belgian and Ukrainian civil society, including Promote Ukraine.
