20.00 – 21.00 Recruitment of the Martial Arts group for adults (age 18-70)

17.00 – 18.30 Pilates + Lady Dance (age from 15 years)

20.00 – 21.00 Martial arts for adults (18-70 years old)

10.00-11.00 Morning fitness (age 10-70 years)

11.00-12.00 Recruitment of a group for modern dances (age 10-20 years)

12.00-13.00 Pilates (age 12-60)

13.00-14.00 Lady Dance (age 15-65)

All trainers are experienced and have extensive teaching experience.
