Apple opens a representative office in Ukraine

According to one source, the Ukrainian company is really opening with the American Apple. But there is no official confirmation yet.

Apple has registered a limited liability company in Ukrainian jurisdiction.

The corresponding entry appeared in the state register of legal entities and natural persons-entrepreneurs.

The date of registration is April 15, 2020, the address of the office is IQ Business Center, the director of the company is Roman Humeniuk. In this case, in the register itself, the ultimate beneficiary is Apple Inc.

According to one of the sources of the publication, the Ukrainian company is really opening with the American Apple. But there is no official confirmation yet. According to a market source, the opening of an Apple legal entity in Ukraine is important: “Most likely, they will not be engaged in product distribution themselves: it is a long and complicated process. But they can authorize several other suppliers of legal products to the country. Plus – to run more localized services. In any case, legal presence is an important sign for the market”. According to AIN.UA, the announcement of the start of working Apple’s branch in Ukraine may take place this summer. However, the company has not yet officially confirmed its plans to operate in the Ukrainian market.
