«An unprecedented step took place at the OSCE in Vienna: the Russian representative was trying to disrupt and interrupt the speeches of Ukraine and another expert on the security situation in the Black and Azov Seas, which he did not like». This was announced by Ricard Dzwiak, a Radio Svoboda correspondent, on Twitter, the Informnapalm reports.
During the online OSCE meeting in Vienna, a representative of the aggressor country tried to disrupt speeches on the situation in the annexed Crimea, as well as the militarization of the Azov-Black Sea basin.
One cannot exclude that the Russian diplomat’s rude behavior was caused by the fact that the day before, on May 22, Ukraine had taken another important step and signed a memorandum on the capture of Ukrainian sailors by Russia case for the transfer to the UN court. The international volunteer community has been highlighted the importance of this memorandum signing and the deadline for its submission on May 14. This deadline for the relevant memorandum submission for Ukraine was set up towards the end of November 2019.
