On June 27-28, our Advocacy Lead, Liza Bezvershenko attended the training “Engaging the Ukrainian Diaspora in Reconstruction and Development: Democracy and Human Rights Dimensions,” organized by the University of Warwick, OSCE-ODIHR, and ICMPD.

During the training, we discussed how the Ukrainian Global Community can contribute to:
- Directing humanitarian efforts towards local reconstruction;
- Rebuilding economic relationships and attracting investments;
- Knowledge transfer and development;
- Promoting democratization and human rights;
- Ensuring freedom of movement and integration in host countries;
- Advancing transitional justice;
- Supporting EU accession.
Promote Ukraine was highlighted as a pioneer in EU advocacy in Brussels. Our team shared best practices and knowledge gained from over 10 years of experience.
